Responsible Gaming Tools

299bet BD gives you these tools to keep your gaming in check

Set Deposit Limit

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately, while increases are subject to a 24-hour delay.

Session Time Limit

Set a daily time limit for how long you play. Once the limit is reached, you'll get an automatic alert and your session will end.

Time-Out Option

If you feel like you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks. This is known as a "Cooling-Off" period.

Self-Exclusion Feature

For a longer break, you can activate Self-Exclusion for a period of 6 months to 5 years. During this time, your account will be completely inactive.

Loss Limit Setting

Your session will automatically end if your losses exceed a set amount. This protects you from chasing losses under emotional pressure.

The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming

Play for fun only. Don't treat gaming as a source of income. It's entertainment, not an investment.

Set your budget first. Decide the maximum amount you're willing to spend before you start playing — and never go beyond it.

Take regular breaks. Take at least a 10-minute break every hour. Both your eyes and your mind need the rest.

Don't play when you're feeling down or stressed. Decisions made in the heat of the moment are often ones you'll regret. Keep a clear head.

Prioritize time with your family. Gaming can never replace your responsibilities to your family.

Self-Assessment

These questions will give you a clearer picture of your gaming habits

Are you spending more on gaming than your budget allows?
After a loss, do you find yourself betting more to try to win it back?
Is gaming affecting your work or studies?
Are family or friends worried about your gaming?
Do you feel restless or irritable when you're not gaming?

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about responsible gaming, answered

No, it's not mandatory. However, 299bet BD always recommends that new members set a budget limit from the very start. It helps you stay in control and keeps your gaming experience enjoyable.

Yes. Once Self-Exclusion is activated, your account will be completely disabled for the chosen period. During this time, you won't be able to log in, place bets, or make deposits. Even after the period ends, a mandatory cool-down period applies before access is restored.

Contact the 299bet BD support team directly. We can initiate a third-party exclusion process at a family member's request. Our support team can also point you in the right direction if you're looking to seek professional advice.

Never. 299bet BD strictly serves users aged 18 and above only. Age verification is mandatory at registration, and KYC documents may be requested in cases of doubt. Any account identified as belonging to a minor is closed immediately and the associated funds are returned.

Yes, but increasing a limit requires a mandatory 24-hour waiting period. This delay is intentional — it protects you from decisions made in the heat of the moment. Lowering a limit or activating exclusion always takes effect immediately.
